Now, I get to tap into my creativity and highlight your natural beauty with luxury hair extensions in Kansas City. In my search for a hair extension technique that provided a natural resemblance with little to no damage, I found hand tied hair extensions offer the perfect blend of elegance, fullness, and texture with no tape, no glue, and no bonds for a seamless look.
I genuinely believe everyone can have great hair, even if you weren’t born with your desired locks. I am certified in Natural Beaded Rows (NBR), The Mane Method, Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE), and Rose & Locks, my proprietary hair extension application method.

Bailey has been studying at Lilac Roots for over a year, mastering her color skills and grounding herself in a solid foundation of hair and customer care. Certified in NBR and Rose & Locks hair extension methods, Bailey is currently booking new clients for extension services. She’s passionate about building connections with her clients, eating all the breakfast food (especially coffee), and traveling the world.

If you're ready to finally try that color you have been coveting, or wanting to know how to get longer, healthy, thicker hair with extensions Ashley is excited to get you there! A natural born risk taker and an outside of the box creative, Ashley lives for transformative hair. She will listen to your goals and set you up with the right expectations to help you achieve the hair and confidence you've been dreaming of! Ashley specializes in fine hair and volume building techniques.
She started her love affair with hair extensions as a young stylist in 2003. Starting with a certification in great length hair extensions, Ashley is now using her favorite method to wear and install Rose & Locks. Ashley has been a hair stylist for 20 years and pursued various certifications in color, but feels her most valued education has come from working alongside other talented artists in the industry.
She took a step back from behind the chair and enjoyed raising her 3 kiddos. During that season she opened a mobile and online boutique. Fashion has been a huge passion for ashley and she has loved following her entrepreneurial spirit to layer a career full of building businesses, encouraging women and creating beautiful looks for women from head to toe. In the few moments of free time between running kids to practice and cooking chicken nuggets ashley loves to escape in to binge watching her favorite bravo shows or gathering with friends to talk about bravo.

Hi Guys!! I will be your go to girl at the salon!! Need to book an appointment or reschedule I'm your girl. I will also be working on things behind the scenes to make sure not only your time at the salon is a luxury experience but also the stylists.
My favorite hobbies include photography and making tik toks. I love being a working girl and always staying busy, but also love being social and hanging out with my friends and family.
